A 3D printed model for transradial access training was completed in collaboration with Dr. Merim Jusufbegović and the CNT (Center for Advanced Technologies) team. Doctors and medical staff can use it to practice locating an artery and performing precise punctures under ultrasound guidance.
The final step is to add ballistic gel to simulate tissue. The project was developed entirely in Bosnia and Herzegovina and was set to be presented at the SaMED conference, where the application of 3D printing in medicine would be discussed.
